Kansas Residential Landlord and Tenant Act (KRLTA)

The KRLTA is the law that governs the relationship between landlords and tenants in Kansas.  These laws are specific for Kansas, the laws in your state may be different.

Kansas Mobile Home Parks  Residential Landlord and Tenant Act

The Mobile Home Parks Act governs situations when the mobile home is owned and the mobile home lot is rented.  These laws are specific for Kansas, the laws in your state may be different.
